- 8 oz Fresh spinach
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 Green onion chopped
- 1.5 tsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Mince garlic and chop green onion. Set aside.
Place fresh spinach in boiling water for 30-60 seconds.
Remove spinach from boiling water and quickly immerse in very cold water to stop the cooking process. Strain and squeeze excess water from spinach.
Chop spinach into bite-sized pieces.
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
