Bison Flank Steak Pizza
Step outside the box and try something new!
Ingredients
- 450 grams Bison Flank Steak
- 400 grams Pizza Dough
- 5 Tbsp Tomato sauce
- 150 grams Mozzarella Cheese
- 80 grams Arugula
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Basil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat grill to a high heat
- Season Bison Flank Steak with salt and pepper, then grill for 90 seconds per side over high heat.
- Move the steak to an area of indirect heat on the grill and let sit until desired temperature is reached (we aim for rare).
- Shape pizza dough, and top with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
- Remove steak from grill, cover, and let rest.
- Transfer pizza crust to the grill. Cook until golden brown. Remove crust from grill.
- Slice Bison Flank Steak, and spread onto the cooked pizza crust.
- Top with arugula, and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, or garlic as desired.
- Enjoy your meal!
